I spent last Sunday afternoon with Erin and Brad at the Villa Nel Mondo Cellars bed and breakfast. I had never been to Villa Nel Mondo before and was blown away by the gorgeous facility. Villa Nel Mondo or Mondo Cellars is perfectly placed atop a scenic hillside. The wedding venue portion of the property consists of a grassy hilltop lawn with a small stage area and a large indoor reception building. Villa Nel Mondo is a new wedding facility and I have no doubt they will become a very popular Paso Robles wedding venue in the near future.
Erin and Brad found Villa Nel Mondo on one of their many wine tasting adventures in Paso Robles. And being a bit of a creative type herself, Erin suggested they do some baking as a warm-up to some hillside engagement pictures. The curators of Mondo Cellars were more than happy to let us play around in their kitchen for an hour or so – thank you! I had a great time looking around the property and can’t wait to go back.
