The “off-season” is officially over. I am very excited for all the amazing wedding days I have coming up in the not so distant future. This summer is going to be fantastic!
Since my schedule is full so much of the year, Michelle, PJ and I try to take advantage of the time we have together. The last couple of months have been great! We visited Disneyland, went ice skating, spent a lot of time on our bicycles, hiked, cooked experimental meals, made cake-pops, saw a car that plowed through a garage door, Michelle took a girls trip to Sedona, visited baby cows, got new glasses, did tons of sit-ups, raced Lego cars, PJ got a bike with hand brakes, gears and a full face helmet, ate some apples, lost a few teeth, tried some new coffee, saw a tall ship, got some Chucks and finally this last weekend we were up in Sacramento where Michelle was serving as a delegate for the Democratic party. While she was learning about issues, voting, meeting other delegates and doing important adult stuff, I was off mountain biking in Placerville. On Sunday we finished up our trip by checking out the train museum and eating turkey sandwiches.
Not a bad way to spend a spring if you ask me. 🙂
