Vania and Denny brought in many elements that resulted in their brilliant wedding celebration out at Flying Caballos Ranch. As I walked around the yellow house, I could see huge bellowing clouds of sweet smoke floating through the air. Sitting in the middle of it was a little man from Miami (originally Cuba I would later find out) stuffing, cutting and hand rolling many different types of cigars! His hands moved so quickly that it was a hard to follow exactly what he was doing with each movement. The precision in each fold and cut gave me the indication that I was watching someone who was truly a master of his craft.
Along with the Cuban influence, a brilliant mariachi band was brought down from San Francisco. The band played throughout dinner and into the evening.
Congratulations you two!
